I've been using Last Call for a few months now, and honestly, it's been a game-changer for my weekend recovery. I started taking it after nights out with friends, and I've been feeling so much better the next day. Instead of that usual sluggish feeling, I wake up actually feeling refreshed and enjoying my weekend instead of hiding away in the dark on my couch.
I've recommended it to a few friends already because the difference has been really noticeable. If you're looking for something to help with your recovery routine, this might be worth trying!

I am 25 and live in a “party city,” but am not a big drinker due to an autoimmune/chronic illness. I often feel the effects of 2-3 drinks for multiple days, which really hinders my ability to attend girls wine nights, toast at weddings, etc. I have tried MANY different hangover remedies (Liquid IV, ZBiotics, CHEERS, Morning Recovery, to name a few), with mediocre results. Last call SIGNIFICANTLY reduced my day-after symptoms, and this has improved my anxiety about the aftermath of drinking. I bought a round for a friends bday weekend in Chicago and all my girlfriends were shocked at how good they felt! I love that they are easy to take, transportable, and non-symptomatic (I have had adverse reactions to other hangover supplements).
Overall I am extremely happy with this product, and I have a high standard of evaluation. I will continue to repurchase Last Call as long as I enjoy casual drinking!!

I've tried almost every supposed trick to avoid hangovers but nothing has ever worked as well as Last Call works. I tried Last Call for the first time after a (very) heavy night of drinking at a wedding and was pleasantly shocked to wake up feeling fine. Definitely going to keep taking this every time I drink.

You should take Last Call as your last “drink” of the night (hence the name!), whether that’s out at the bar, on your way home, or right before you go to bed. You can also take it before or during your social events. We recommend that you take Last Call any time you drink, even if it’s just a glass of wine with dinner.
We recommend that you take one serving (two capsules) after a night of light to moderate drinking. If you feel that your consumption has exceeded this threshold, take an additional 1-2 capsules.
